“Reduction in joint pain and injuries”
I can’t recommend The Pilates Gym enough. I started beginner mat classes a year ago and have found all the instructors to be warm, knowledgeable and welcoming. Since then I’ve progressed to the intermediate class, and have been amazed at the difference in my core strength and the reduction in joint pain and injuries due to my Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder. The class is one of the highlights of my week!

I have been attending reformer pilates with Rhian for 15 months and mat pilates with Faye for 3 months and I love it there is always such a warm welcome and I always leave feeling amazing. They are amazing teachers who help you to ensure you are doing each movement correctly to get the most out of each exercise and I cannot believe how much I am now able to do compared to when I started. Having a very stressful job these classes allow me to not have to think about anything other then what my body is doing which is amazing for managing my stress and overall wellbeing. Constantly encouraging, reminding (brainfog) and so supportive in what you can achieve. There are a lot of pilates classes out there, but Jenny and Rhi maintain the traditional pilates method, checking in with you throughout the session. Such a great team. Thank you
